B2B SALES EXECUTIVE

Pickle Global is seeking proactive, ambitious sales professionals who are eager to grow with our B2B pickleball business. You will be responsible for expanding OEM manufacturing customers, wholesale buyers, distributors, courts/clubs, and tournament/event orders.
- Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage B2B customers including OEM/manufacturing clients, wholesalers, distributors, courts/clubs, tournament organizers, and private-label pickleball customers.
- Leverage existing customer sources from the company, Facolos channels, trade fairs, events, website, and fanpage; proactively engage prospects via phone, Zalo, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, or in-person meetings.
- Provide product consultation, send catalogs, price lists, videos, ball samples, and factory profiles; prepare quotations, follow up on customer feedback, negotiate, and close sales.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on schedule and according to commitments, while maintaining accurate customer and order records.
- Follow up with customers after sample delivery, after the first order, and after shipment completion; collect feedback, encourage reorders, and drive recurring business.
- Build personal sales channels on Facebook, Zalo, and LinkedIn; participate in events, tournaments, and trade shows to generate new leads and submit periodic sales reports.
- Candidate Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, dealership development, OEM manufacturing, sporting goods, or consumer products is an advantage.
- Proactive in prospecting, strong communication skills, and capable of managing customer relationships through closing and repeat orders.
- Proficient in Zalo, Facebook, email, Excel, and Google Sheets; able to develop and manage personal sales channels.
- Willing to learn product knowledge, work under sales targets, and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
- English proficiency or experience working with international customers and OEM clients is a plus.
