Batch-by-Batch Quality Control – In every production shift, samples are taken from each moulding batch and cut in half to inspect the inner surface, smoothness, and wall uniformity, ensuring that workers strictly follow the one-piece rotational moulding process.

Ball Wall Uniformity Control – The thickness variation between different areas of the ball wall is carefully measured. While USAPA standards allow a maximum deviation of 0.5 mm, Pickle Global applies a stricter internal standard of no more than 0.3 mm.

Customer-Specific Hardness Control – Each order is tested according to its customized hardness configuration, within the 44–50 HD range, ensuring the right playing feel, control, and performance for each target market.

Tournament-Standard Bounce & Weight Control – Ball bounce is measured in accordance with USAPA standards and controlled within the 30–34 inch range. The weight of each batch is also inspected to meet the USAPA standard range of 22.1–26.5 g, ensuring stable performance during play.

Durability Testing with Specialized Equipment – Each batch undergoes impact-resistance and durability testing using dedicated equipment before shipment. Pickle Global’s internal testing standard is set 3–4 times higher than USAPA requirements to minimize cracking, deformation, and performance loss during play.
