Pickle Global was founded and developed by Vietnamese sports enthusiasts with a strong passion for pickleball. We are proud to be the Vietnam’s first factory dedicated to manufacturing pickleballs, with the goal of bringing Made-in-Vietnam sports products to the international market.
Our entire production process is designed to meet international standards and comply with the technical requirements of the USAPA.
With a modern production line, an experienced technical team, and a strict quality control process, we are capable of fulfilling orders ranging from small batches to large-scale production.

Production Process

Day 1
SUBMIT YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Customers provide their required ball type, technical specifications, preferred ball color, estimated quantity, and logo printing requirements via the online quotation form.

Days 1–3
CUSTOMIZATION CONSULTATION
Technical consultation on hardness, color options, logo printing or debossed molding, ball and packaging design, packing specifications, and other technical requirements prior to sample production.

Days 5–10
SAMPLE SUBMISSION
Samples are produced and sent according to the customer’s requirements, allowing them to test bounce, durability, appearance, logo, and packaging before mass production.

After Sample Approval
PRODUCTION & QC
Mass production is carried out based on the approved sample. Our QC team inspects 100% of the finished products according to the factory’s quality control process and standards.

On-Time Delivery
DELIVERY & AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
We arrange transportation/delivery directly to the customer’s warehouse, follow up on feedback, and offer preferential discounts for repeat orders.
