Pickle Global was founded and developed by Vietnamese sports enthusiasts with a strong passion for pickleball. We are proud to be the Vietnam’s first factory dedicated to manufacturing pickleballs, with the goal of bringing Made-in-Vietnam sports products to the international market.
Our entire production process is designed to meet international standards and comply with the technical requirements of the USAPA.
With a modern production line, an experienced technical team, and a strict quality control process, we are capable of fulfilling orders ranging from small batches to large-scale production.

Day 1
Submit Your Requirements
The customer provides the ball type, estimated order quantity, and branding requirements through the online quotation request form.

Days 1–3
Customization Consultation
Our team reviews logo files and advises on logo printing or molded logo placement, colors, packaging, packing specifications, and technical requirements before sample production.

Days 5–10
Sample Production & Testing
Samples are produced and/or shipped according to the approved specifications for evaluation of bounce consistency, durability, appearance, logo quality, and packaging before mass production.

After Sample Approval
Mass Production & Quality Control
Mass production begins based on the approved sample. Our QC team conducts comprehensive inspections in accordance with factory procedures and quality standards.
